There were SO many steps to follow before flying earlier this year indeed, I left back in August and am so glad things have eased a bit at last. Food indeed hasn't improved on Pal, what's that about huh?

True! So much better flying now than it was earlier this year. Pal food is usually alternating hit or miss for me. 😅

Planning to go to the Women's World Cup next year as the PH has qualified. Is Qantas better than PAL and CEB?

PAL and Qantas have a better apples to apples comparison since CEB is an economy airline. Haven’t rode Qantas but PAL is good. If you’re looking for cheaper flights, of course CEB is the choice but if you want better comfort you can check both PAL and Qantas. Their prices are closer to each other.

just some questions, you mentioned you presented the Au Intl Covid Vacs Cert, is this the same as the AIR (Au Immu Register ) to show your vaccine status? did both manila & Aussie immi asked you to show this? Would you know if using the Philippines' Vaxcert would also suffice? Thanks in advise for replying...

Hi Louie! The international vax cert is a totally different file that is specific for international travel. If you have medicare, you can check it in the app by clicking proof of vaccinations which will show you 2 sections, your immu history and the international covid vaccine cert. They were checked both in AU and PH. I’m not sure what you mean by your last question. Are you travelling from manila?

I don’t see a specific requirement from PAL’s website but the Australia Health does not require it. I think it’s better to check with PAL hotline to be sure. www.health.gov.au/health-alerts/covid-19/international-travel/inbound

Hi! Per the latest travel advisory, no testing needed anymore. They do have a caveat tho that you still need to check the requirements of your airline.
