No you don't..... but you sort of become numb to it when it happens on a pretty consistent basis. EJ could easily be pushing for the amount of majors that Belmonte has, but when you keep choking in the championship games as the top seed. Think I made my point

So mad that belmo didn’t stick with the urethane
@sinabonabi21052 жыл бұрын
man its about time someone pointed this mistake by Belmo out in this final. He was killing it with the urethane and as the lane dries up it only favors him more with the urethane. Made absolutely no sense for him to make the ball change there especially with how well he was throwing it on both lanes. Cost him the title no doubt
@Ironfangzu2 жыл бұрын
At the end, when Randy asked Simo who was holding up that huge trophy, 'How does it feel?:" Simo had a chance to scream, "Who do you think you are? I am!!" But he talked about his parents instead. Oh well. The fact is that Simo figured out that tough right lane and put up a 5 bagger while EJ was totally lost and opened 4 out of 5 pins. Just goes to show even the best can struggle. Simo was the best on this day. He deserved to win.

I'm sure he asked himself what his wife would have wanted him to do. If she was a big supporter of his pro career, it's kind of a no brainer that she would want him at the tournament. Hopefully he'll have some time of family support and ritual of loss.

Too bad one of the PWBA ladies didn't make it to the step ladder. Kelly Kulik or Shannon O'Keefe, women who have beautiful 1970s technique and don't try to overpower the lane conditions, would have had a much better time of it. Or the resurrection of Billy Hardwick Jr.

@@TheAbele992 Then in what way did he not deserve the win? In the last frame against Belmo Simo threw a super clutch triple for 30 pins, forcing Belmo to do the same, but Belmo failed. Against EJ, Simo threw a 5 bagger by figuring out that tough right lane, while EJ was throwing ball after ball through the nose for splits. Simo won because he bowled the best. He didn't win with a bunch of lucky brooklyn strikes or trip 4's. He beat the guys he bowled against because he crushed the pocket. You may not like him, and that's a personal opinion. But he deserved the win.

I dunno i think the bowlers should have to play the same lanes and finish and end on same lane. That was unfair AF in game 3 one got to finish left lane and easily got 3 strikes and other had to finish right lane which neither could hit the pocket
