Don’t “wet “your cookie sheets and pans if you just wipe them off while they are hot they will last forever ,I worked in several commercial kitchens when I was young and we never washed them ,honestly wipe them down or just put “parchment paper on them …GREAT VIDEO!!!!!! Glad u back !

I had been battling chronic illness for many years. So I spent alot of time at home. Plus raising my child as a single parent. The State that I reside isn’t my hometown. Your right about the washer and dryer you still have to put the clothes in it but not have to put the detergent in every time is kinda neat. My mom has one where it holds a certain amount and automatically put it in the load (SmartDispense)

Make sure your washer is large enough to wash your king comforter and sheets. I wash mine separately. Also check the length of time of a normal wash. Anyone talking about her not having a washer/dryer obviously do not own their own because it's more involved than walking into a store and pointing to a set and going home. Quality can't be rushed.

My husband and I purchased our home in June. We ordered our furniture the first weekend in July. We didn’t get the sectional until the last week of November. One part was delivered, the other side didn’t come for weeks later. We were originally told 4 to 6 weeks, that turned into 4 months. This supply chain situation is crazy. The new intro is 🔥!! I feel you on the washer and dryer. I literally just found one i like. I like the front load washer. After doing my research it’s supposed to be more energy efficient. This is my first time getting a washer and dryer because i stay in apartment but my new apartment doesn’t have them. It’s super common here in Texas (I’m from Memphis and I’m used to washer and dryer in my apartment so this is new). A lot of people suggested renting a washer and dryer but doing that in a 13 month lease the price is close to buying my own. But i love ur channel, definitely make me miss home . Keep it up! I’m here!!

May I add my 2 cent? I read what you said about renting a washer and dryer. I hate renting or purchasing over time. For the simple fact that when you finish paying. You have paid double for it. At one point I got to where I not only didn’t have a car. There wasn’t a laundry mat nearby. I found myself having to pay people to take me. I had to make sure I had enough money. At times the machinery needed to be cleaned. Because clothes could come out dingy. So one day I sat and calculated all that I was putting out for laundry. THEN I priced what Rent a Center and Aaron’s charged rent to own. What I was paying out & what I would pay renting evened out. So I went to Aarons because you pay once per month and got a set. So every month I made sure that I budgeted my payment. I believe it was like $67 per month. That’s been over 10 years ago. ☺️ Paying it off went by so fast! One month I was just about to send my payment. I think it was gonna be late or something. So I called to let them know. The guy went to typing pulling up my info. He said, You do not owe a payment. Your set is paid off‼️ I said, Really!? That is such a good feeling! Just sharing my experience.

I'm so over Covid! I waited 5 months for my sectional from Macy's last year :-( but there was nothing else I wanted. I did get tired of an empty living room so I purchased a futon from Walmart temporarily until the first estimated delivery date in June. Then it was pushed out until August!!!! We have a family of 5 so we really needed some furniture so I ended up renting from Aarons until our couch showed up!! It was extra cost but we needed somewhere to sit LOL!! I'm so happy to have you back!! I enjoy your videos so much! I hope you had a very relaxing and restorative break!

I have the GE w/d that can be started from anywhere. I planned to start a load before I left for work the other morning. I put in the clothes and detergent, but forgot to start it. As I'm driving to work, it dawned on me that I hadn't started the load, got on my phone and got on my washer and hit start load. Only downside to that is, the clothes will have to sit in the washer until someone gets home to load them in the dryer. At least your laundry is half way done.🤷🏾‍♀️😊 P.S. let me know if you want to see pics of the w/d set👍🏾

@allofdestiny I purchased my sofa and love seat in full at the end of October, they told me that mine will be here in December then was pushed back to mid February. I checked again and the manager said it’s on the truck as of January 17th unfortunately they don’t have a tracking number. I’m crossing my fingers. I was told it wouldn’t take long to get because it was made in America by Bassett. I told them they need to close the doors if they selling furniture they can’t produce. I love my set and I want it. I’m trying to hang in there, but yeah it does feel like a big fat lie! I’m so glad your back! Hope you enjoyed your days off!❤️❤️🥰🥰

I remember our washer was messed up and starting going to the laundromat and actually enjoyed it because I could was all my clothes at one time vs having to wait for each load I still take my huge comforters and linen early in the morning. Regarding the washer and dryer - It's nobody's bizness whether you go to the laundry mat or wash your clothes on the moon. Check out Best Buy. I moved last yr to a townhouse and had to purchase one. Go when they first open so you can have the salesman's full attention. No I don't know all.the tech talk either. Tell him to show you the lower priced then a higher priced set. Listen to what he says it does. I then walked around and looked also and asked questions(it may get a little overwhelming like buying a car). My sister has the front loader but recently switched due to the odor in the washer door. So I wound up getting a top loader/no drum washer and a dryer by Samsung. I love it. Haven't had any problems. It was abt 1,500 get the extended warranty also. It's all up to you and your lifestyle. My Samsung plays music when the loads are thru its so cute.

This happened to me when I bought my furniture. I actually paid for mines right before the pandemic hit in 2020. They brought me everything thing but the bench to my kitchen table. It took months before I got it and they kept pushing the date back. Hopefully your couch comes sooner than they say.
