Is there a way to stop the charger from turning off when the car goes into auto stop? Every time I pull up to a light and the engine turns off, so does the charger. Then I have to remove the phone and put it back on the base for it to sense the charger.

I believe the fuse feeding this has two positions - one is triggered with ignition and one is constant on. Give our support team a call at 765-831-2830 and they can take a look and assist!

My 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab Pro has NO outlets (USB, etc.) on the bottom of the console.... how do You get power to this mod IF no power under the console?

I am not aware of a center console arm rest 2023 that has this cut out for this install

Can I tap into the usb harness without disconnecting the 12v harness? The clip on my 12v plug harness is broken and I cannot disconnect it.

Do you have to remove your phone from the case to charge? I have a plastic Otterbox case.

The maximum charging efficiency and zone is achieved without a case, however the charger will charge through most thinner cases.
