Its quite the experience. Find a local cattle auction. They also usually have lots of homecooked food for sale and food trucks at them which is the best part.

My Dad ran a livestock auction and our auctioneer was DIZ DEAN. My Dad had a great sense of humor. Dad would walk around the ring with a bucket. Giggles and chuckles sprinkled through the bleachers. Dad had a set of dentures in the bucket! Diz wore dentures. 😂

I used to go to auctions that sold pallets of overstock with my cousin. I always loved the auctioneer. It was like a song in my head. It made me want to buy something. I remember we bought a pallet of RC hellecopters. We sold them individually at a flee market. I begged my cousin to let me buy something. So I bid on a 4ft tall porcelain clown doll. I got it for $80. My cousin made me sell it at the flee market. The lady in the flee market office wanted it before we even got it out of the car. She offered me $100. My cousin talked her up to $150. I ate good that night.

I've always just totally wondered why it's necessary that if/when an array of items must be sold in the form of some person willing to pay the highest price, it is just not possible in the slightest bit, unless of course you have it take place at least 100 ft of some sorta fair grounds or area that is compatible to house species such as horses & / or cattle & a white dude wearin' a cowboy hat & ready to hear the highest bid & to out - do Busta Rhymes on WPM battle Lol
