Beautiful bike. I just bought the same, a new ‘22 shipping to me here in So. Florida from a dealer in OK. No one else had it closer and no dealer seemed to know when they would get any more. My fz09 headers loosen up every now and then…it’s not abnormal…shit my R1 and GSXR do as well

Use some mild thread locker if it becomes an issue, make sure that stuff can handle the high temps in those studs.

It varies from State to State, and from county to county. There's noise laws in certain places and yes, you'd get pulled over, regardless of emissions or lack of them.

Soup can exhaust. Basically a straight pipe with a tiny bit of noise damping. I've been around the KZbins for years, and I don't understand why so many people comment that these style exhausts "sounds good." No, not really. Tone isn't that good, raspy isn't that good, having all the police in town hearing you isn't that good, hearing loss isn't that good. Most internal combustion engines sound terrible with straight pipes, no matter what the engine is.
