So this is gonna be some really nerd shit, but ive studied quite a bit about animation while i was in college and more recently through my animation job. More frames does not equate to better animation, and it was not used as a stylistic choice, rather the standard 24/30 fps for animation was due to television formatting (signal bandwidths for the early TV sets) and reduced budgets. Therefore artists essentially need to make more animation with a smaller budget, which eventually led animators drawing on 2s (3s for japanese animation). 24 became the standard because it was considered the minimum amount of frames necessary for smooth animation. I think many people forget how much work it is, so please be mindful how taxing even a slight increase in fps is! A difference in 24 and 30 fps equates to an extra 3 drawings per second, and over the course of a 30 minute show or 90 minute film will really begin to add up! And if you like shows like Arcane, which was filmed at 24 fps, then i'm sure 24 fps animation can look just as good or even better than 60 fps!

01:46:00 I have the same issue: Currently I'm using 640 eDPI and it feels comfortable for me, I tried decreasing the eDPI to 320 but then it is harder for me to aim since I need to constantly pick up my mouse just to rotate my camera (currently with 640 eDPI I can rotate my camera 360 once) I probably should move my mouse around to get more space for my mouse to move around tho

1:34:10 Hooj, I'd like to say thank you for all your content and coaching and give you additional perspective on this as a low elo player. In my mind, this situational awareness of enemies and the overall map is perceived as more the "macro" planning/strategy of Valorant and thus something you would not recommend to focus on as a low elo player. The "micro" strategy I think of is the actual gunfight mechanics/hygiene you list out in your videos. The closest thing I can think of that pertains to the situational map awareness you describe in the VOD that I intentionally think out is your peeking strategy. The problem I have that I'm trying to improve is to not just thrust myself into a situation that will get me in a fight the fastest (ie. W'ing in to the enemy), which I think a lot of low elo people watching your vids do so they can get as much reps in to practice your advice. Instead, I should find the situations that will give me the 50/50's to properly apply your advice. Again, thank you Mr. Banana Man and if this provides no new insight, at least know that you got one more person thinking better on Valorant.

Just switched to 432 eDPI (1200 on mouse, 0.36 in-game) and I guess I should need to go slightly lower. The deadzone routine feels odd already but not that much different on easy setting. Oh man, I'm gonna have so much fun with this.
