I appreciate the effort you're making to help us understand the technical setup of a new Honda. I'm still a bit confused by the new Accord tech/info display with its Owner/Guest and Named Profile setup. I often have to re-authorize Apple CarPlay on new drives, but it should only take one-time to set up a phone to connect for AP or Android Auto. The manual doesn't cover this topic very well.

I've got a question. Daylight Saving just ended and my clock didn't update, even though automatic time and daylight saving time are selected to "on". Am I missing something? Why isn't the clock updating to go back an hour? I have a 2024 EX

The radio volume does auto-adjust for road/speed noise. I would have to confirm if it works for the beeps for ACC and LKAS

Just got a new 2023 EX. This video is great as I was going to sit in the car and go through this but it's getting colder out and I wouldn't always know which are the best options. Thanks for your clear explanations. Presumably I could click on the "Default All" item as a starting point as I'm not sure how the dealer set it up. I just figured out that the idle stop feature is defaulted to ON each time you start up. Unfortunately there isn't a menu option for this.

That's correct about the Idle stop feature but I have noticed that it is disabled while in "S" mode

System updates can be a lot of things, just like for phone and computers. Sometimes it could be updates for the radio system to vehicle systems. Some software updates an only be done at a Honda Dealership as well.

I haven't attempted to play with the setting in accessory mode (push the start button without your foot on the brake) first time gives you radio while second will give you more controls without starting the vehicle. The third time just turns it off. Let us know

The Apple CarPlay is wired. But once plugged in, just select the connect button on the touchscreen. It should pop up. I don't believe that the Honda Link displays on the newer 7in touchscreens. Since your demo was on an EX I'm guessing the non-hybrids rely on the driver's dash for those settings and the hybrids use mostly the upgraded tech/info display for all settings.
