Sliding wireless charger
This is something I’ve never seen before which is why we’re starting with it
A sliding charger…not sure why you’d need it, but cool
Ultra Blue
Stepping back outside though we’re going to talk paint
This is a super intense Blue color
Usually Audis are so sedate and kinda boring
But this one will certainly go to an owner with personality
Silver accents
This car has the S-Line package but not the black optics
So all the trim details are bright silver
And tbh i think it compliments the ultra blue better than black would

I have turned my info screen off on occasion. Usually, at night on a long ride. Relieves eye strain.

I shut screens off when night driving, I find them very glaring.

The Q5 was my favorite for several years but it's had basically the same interior since 2018.

Every quattro Audi has a badge on the dash. This isn't a new thing. For those mentioning the stick up screen, it's just part of this model. It will no doubt go with the next gen along with the real A/C buttons ... which I think will be a real shame. Screens up high are also better than looking down. Will work well with a HUD. I may be biased as I have one in bound :)

When I switched to the Q5 from an A3, I missed the ability to put the screen away, and just use the virtual cockpit map. Plus, the touchscreen is so distracting compared to the wheel control

Yeah their other interior designs and more “modern” and integrate double screens into the dash

@@dwnshft yes! Those are beautiful! The Q3 interior is soooo much better looking. I can’t wait for the Q5’s next gen. Hopefully they do a good job in the exterior (hard to beat its current design) and definitely improve its interior.

IMHO, the blind spot warning lights in the mirror housing are _far_ superior to the LEDs in the mirror glass. When driving in the dark, the moron behind you driving with the brights on, or the pickup truck with LED retrofits in their halogen headlamps will completely drown out the latter. The warning lights in the mirror housing are _much_ easier to see in those situations. Lucky you if you live and drive in an area where you are not constantly confronted with inconsiderate motorists like that!

I like that here they dont FORCE you into having huge power and comfort zapping wheels. If that's your taste it's easy to have it as an extra option.

My Ultra Blue Metallic SQ5 has the Black Optic package and that looks just fine on this car. I have the real exhaust tips on the exterior as well (and the air suspension with sport differential). Thankfully, the Nappa leather seats are black. In terms of power the Q5 has plenty of giddy-up and if it weren’t for the fact I just really, really wanted a six I would be very happy with this car. I think the Q5 is underrated. Another color to consider is the Daytona Gray; kinda green, kinda gray. More sedate as a color but charming. I see no point for the Sportback. Why pay $3,000 more for a bit of a different look? If the cost were the same, maybe. The one thing I HATE, is the lack of storage in the front. A joke, really. This is something Audi really does need to address. I traded in a Lexus NX 350 (because it was so underpowered) and it had LOTS of storage. The tech screen was bigger and better positioned (slightly tilted toward the driver and closer to that side) and much of the tech on the Lexus is better. The NX is also smaller than the Q5 but bigger than the Q3. I know I gave up the perceived Toyota reliability to take the hit on a trade but I got a pretty good deal on the end of year SQ5. Fingers crossed I can get at last 60k before needing anything major.

Audi is done! Very disapointed .i tought that was redesigned for 2024 😢.even the vw atlas looks more refined.
