WTG! I found that my skin looks better once I stopped cleansing in the morning. I do a double cleanse at night to remove sunscreen/makeup and then just splash my face with water in the morning…I then apply serums. I have more oily/sensitive skin, but I heard if you have dry skin you shouldn’t even use water, just add your moisturizers/serums right to the skin.

I don't like the feeling of just water on my skin. It makes my skin feel drier than it already is so micellar water it is for me.

@@FloatinginDreams yeah, your skin is drier than mine. Glad the micellar water is working for you 🙂

Bioderma with the pinkish cap is the kindest of them all for dry, delicate skin! The blue is more for dehydrated (i.e. any skin type that has managed to dehydrate itself through the use of too harsh products) than really dry skin I have found.

For sunscreen i also recommend trying skin1004 hyalu cica sunscreen . You will be shocked how well it works with makeup . Plus it is very hydrating but not greasy

I have normal-dry skin and I love the Kopari Tropical Glow Cleanser for the winter and the Farmacy Whipped Greens Oil-Free Foaming Cleanser for the summer!

The Sheabutter line is my favourite bodycare line from The Bodyshop. Love the Camomile cleanser as well. Finally have the small tin that I use and refill for travelling. It could be that TBS is reformulating the Aloe cleanser to comply with tge 100% vegan goals. Remember when my favourite Vit E sleeping mask was gone and is now back in a tube? Ilove those Cult Beautybags. Some nice discoveries amongst those products but also some very expensive products that I don't think are worth it. All in all a reasonable amount of empties.

I am still hoping this will bring it back. There is a new Aloe Vera cleanser but it has so many bad reviews. Not sure I should just try it. I found some cleanser from La Roche Posay that I wanted to try when I was in Paris, so I am all set for now. And indeed those Cult Beauty bags are great for giving things a whirl. That Espa and Verso sample alone made it worth it. The full sizes of those are over 50 and 80 euros each and I didn't like both of them lolz.

I found the Pai Rosehip Oil quite disappointing too: pretty pricey, and it went off way before its expiry date. Thanks for sharing your experience with the products.

I didn't like any of the products all that much to be honest. It was alright for travel but not something I wanted to use day by day.

Hi Maaike I’m probably the skincare queen for very sensitive skin as I have both rosacea and eczema 😂. If you want some recommendations let me know. I tracked my empties this year for the first time ever and used up: £2225.40 overall £328 of makeup including 22 makeup products You might prefer a milk cleanser to a foaming cleanser for dry skin and Korea makes the best cleansing oils/balms in my experience. Sticking to fragrance free skincare can really help sensitive skin feel it’s best and there is some excellent picks out there for extremely sensitive skin. DE is very overpriced IMO too and I refuse to buy it. Gentle affordable skincare is easy to access from Korean brands and add in treatments from Western brands. My daily spf is ultrasun and I don’t deviate- I have in the past and regretted it. It’s longwear and sits very well under makeup protecting sensitive skin from the sun. Best wishes x

I will have to take you up on that offer once I run out of most of my current skincare bits.
