I wish my best friend was here to see the awesome bikes around these days. He loved motorcycles back when we were young. He had a cbr 600 id ride all the time while he rode his gsxr 750 with a power commander and slot of other work done to it. He sadly passed in 2012 when we were both only 18. I was with him when he passed and a few other friends as well. We were in a car accident on the interstate and jumped the median into oncoming traffic and 3 of my friends passed away as well as 2 other people. I didn't really mess with bikes for a long time till just a few months ago when I bought my first motorcycle at 28 years old. Everytime I ride it I think of my friend. Hell I wish I knew where his old bike was bc id fucking pay anything to get it off whoever has it I really would

Idk if I am the only one, but I like the design of the 2023 s1000rr better than the 2019. Since I like the hp4 so much, its just design and the looks similar to hp4 race and the color combination makes it look even better than the older s1000rr.

What would be a good starting sports bike for a tall rider? I'm 6'1, and been riding a 2019 HD Heritage softail for a year now, and two years in i rode to Vegas and back from KY. So I've had some decent experience and know how to ride. I just eventually want to go to a sports bike so just wanted to see what options would be a good sports bike for me. Usually cruise around 90 so I'm not worried about speed.

If you want to see if you like sports bikes and are comfortable with vintage iron, the original Aprilia Mille is quite tall and pretty comfortable. Definitely better for tall riders, we are the same height BTW If you want newer find a Panigale, they are good for a tall rider too.

I found that if you are on the edge of the sensor and rev your bike a little it will trip the sensor. Sensors in my area use magnetic field sensors and revving the engine will cause a bigger magnet field.
