Bruh, your channel is sick and love your videos. Just randomly stumbled across it yesterday. I ordered 2024 s1000rr. I already had a 2023 but it was the base model. This whole Bimmer utility is new to me. I have a few questions for ya. 1. Do you have any views or thoughts on why BMW doesn't give us all these features out of the box? Does using this software void the warranty? 3. What is the difference between this and the GS911 TOOL I know that's a lot lol but just some thoughts coming to me before I try on my 2024.

No specific views really, but I think BMW intends for its s1000rr buyers to use them either for the track or common street riding vs what they’re actually used for a majority of the time show bikes, straight line performance etc everything NON circuits track related. I believe that’s why we still have a key vs the entire rest of the bmw lineup being keyless, i think the thought at bmw is “why would a racer want that”. Utility doesn’t void warantee it’s just a tool used to view and change software options, those options are already part of the bike and bike software, we’re just changing “off” to “on”, active or not active, vice versa. I’ve heard of the GS911 Tool but I believe that’s a mechanical service tool to reset service reminders, run different pumps and all around mechanical service use vs bimmer utility being the equivalent to an iPhone jailbreaking tool for your BMW. South Fl. I learned wheelies on my F4i, then was wheelieing my cbr1000rr for years before the bmw. Never had or learned on a dirtbike, grom etc. So i can’t speak on that.

Thats the stock exhaust the bike came with, stock exhaust is no longer on that entire list that you were looking at is default options the bike came with from the factory.

I was kind of curious if there a way to turn off the front light and the back lights manually while you’re riding. I know you probably gotta do some extra stuff to do that but I’m not sure if that’s possible.

Could probably wire it to some kind of switch. Not sure, never had a need for this

My rear brake light and rear right turn signal went off after doing this. Resetting or reprogramming at BMW doesn’t fix it. Do you know what I can do to fix this?

More than likely something got unplugged under your rear seat.

This, i am not sure. But i would recommend taking it to the dealership for that, as they are recording your first service and checking over your bike for possibly warranty work, activation and compliance aswell.
