any person that runs sometimes can keep 3:00/km pace for a few meters. hardly unreal. have you been to a local road race? kids sprint out at the same pace.

That speed is the Personal Best in 100 metres Dash by 98% of the worlds population. Only 1 % have better speed rates, in 100 metre runs ! Not in marathon!!!! .000000000000000001% reach these speeds in 10 K . .0000000000000000000000000000000000001% reach this speed for half marathon.

@@diskoeric2248 I was a 2:00 half miler at 17yo and I have a hard time keeping 12 mph pace for 40 seconds on the treadmill today at age 50yo even though I still consider myself fairly healthy and athletic for my age.

@@MorbidGalaxy yeah but some people are just better at adapting to wet conditions when running i dont think you can ever say its a true show of speed when its raining just who can run better in the rain
