any person that runs sometimes can keep 3:00/km pace for a few meters. hardly unreal. have you been to a local road race? kids sprint out at the same pace.

​@@diskoeric2248 I was a 2:00 half miler at 17yo and I have a hard time keeping 12 mph pace for 40 seconds on the treadmill today at age 50yo even though I still consider myself fairly healthy and athletic for my age.

Well it’s 30 seconds of 5:30-5:00 pace, it’s not very hard for amateur runners

@@fh2234 last time I checked the winner doesn't hold the wr in the event bolt didn't win all his races but he's still the goat
