I’m not a Bowtech guy, but this bow has definitely piqued my interest. I like how the companies are now being a lot more honest with their numbers because of people like you doing pure honest reviews on the equipment. I think you’re probably the biggest influence on that. Keep it up, MFJJ! Love the content.

This is my first year deer hunting at all. I'm 46 using a 9 year old Matthews Chill at 50 pounds (took a great deal of practice to get up to this weight for me). It's getting the job done and I've had some solid success. I'm told the newer bows may pull easier and am checking this one out at a local shop tomorrow. I want to thank you for the consistency of your reviews. You're also easy to understand. Even for the very new. Keep it up - and remember, not all of us short draw folks are guys 😉

If I was Bowtech I would be thrilled with this review. You did a great job explaining that carrying the weight in the limb pockets has a stabilization effect. Performance mode didn't look as ridiculous draw wise as in previous models.

Very sweet review as always. Kudos keep it up. I've NOT been bowtech fan since owing one flagship in 2016 and 50arrows in my upper limb splits. They warranties it out no questions and over night shipped it. That expirence had me sour and not looking back. This bow, has grabbed my interest. I really like the looks, tuning capabilites, and it's the first carbon bow to date that excited me.

I've not shot a bowtech bow yet, but I just watched a commercial for it on Instagram and came straight here because I remembered seeing a notification for this bow come through on your channel. I'm hoping to be in the market this year for a brand new bow as I've only owned used bows so far. This bow has me intrigued for sure! Would definitely love to get one in my hands to check out!

I got my first bow when I was about 14. It was a reflex I can’t remember the model I know it was a package deal from bass pro. I shot it all spring and summer practicing for the upcoming deer season and I got my first deer during bow season. I was hooked from there on out. I have no interest in hunting with a gun now, it’s not challenging enough. Then I went to shoot with my best friend and his dad and some other guys they had a whole 3-d range set up out to about 60 yds and they all shot Bowtech bows. Their arrows looked like rockets flying down the range and my arrows looked like fat toads hoping down range 😂 I knew I had to step my game up and before the next season I got a Bowtech allegiance with the speed mods. Now I was flinging my own rockets and I sided with Bowtech and now I’m shooting a Bowtech prodigy. I did get the opportunity recently to shoot a pse Mach 34 and wow the difference I felt in my hand and the weight difference was crazy the way it was balanced so nice. I would love to upgrade to that Bowtech carbon one but 1700 😳 I can’t put in a bow. I’ve just had my first baby boy and I’m trying to grow my own business. Maybe one day I’ll have it like that. I still love watching these videos you put out MF Josh Jones and dreaming about my next build. Thanks for your honest reviews and opinions on the latest and greatest.

I think its pretty neat that innovation just keeps getting better and better year after year. Just when you think it cannot get better, they come out with something new and amazing! I like Bowtech's vision and direction with making sure that they come out with something that is done right before just releasing sub-par products just to make new product for the year. Great Review!

When the rest of the industry is busy making square stabilizers and silly none sense... BowTech takes a bold stance with an all new bow that delivers on it's numbers, and enters the market at a fair price point. Bold strategy.... I think they've earned my business.

Been shooting the 09 Admiral Flex for 10 seasons, and only paid $340 for it in 2012. It sat in bowshop because everyone bought the Destroyer instead. No new bow has really jumped out at me in past 5 years. But the Carbon One is the one I will be shooting next time I'm at the shop. The prices of the new bows are getting ridiculous, but if I can be happy shooting the way cheaper, slower but quiet and accurate bow for 10 years... well I imagine if I puked up the cash for this one, I could be content with this one for the rest of my days..

what is the point of a carbon bow that weighs the same as its counter part aluminum?
@Waapitii

theoretically, carbon should have more vibration dampening properties. The can also manipulate where the weight is spread out more

@@laramiejordan4494 I agree with you on elite, especially the omnia. But I can tell you that archery shops hate dealing with the outdoor group who owns elite. They were a pain in the ass customer service wise but they're getting alot better
@jasondavis1911
@jasondavis1911 Жыл бұрын
Weight isn't the only factor with Carbon bows.... Carbon risers are typically stiffer than aluminum so less flex in the riser is a good thing, the weight is usually more on the pocket ends like MFJJ said, plus in a hunting situation Carbon doesn't get as cold as aluminum.... There are added perks to Carbon, unfortunately the price tag turns most people away.
