WoW thank you that's very kind of you! Do you have anything to ride now after the 570? If not its time to get back out there! ATV's are my hobby and wish I could ride everyday. I was able to get this unit at a reasonable price using the Can-Am end of year rebate. If life allows then this is the time to get in! I'm just going back through everything to make sure everything is still tight and promise afterwards to make that walk around for you.

Hi there! I purchased mine from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. To start I decided to only purchase the fronts to make sure they fit. As you already know there is limited information/options on this subject. Don't bother contacting Elka as they don't produce anything for our year. The fronts I purchased are from the 2023 XXC 1000R parts list. They are called FOX 1.5 PODIUM RC2. The shock bodies are sold separately from the springs. In my case and because I wasn't sure I also purchased the springs to be safe. In hind sight I didn't need to as they are the same springs used on the stock FOX shocks as a FYI. Here is a link to the OEM parts finder: www.rockymountainatvmc.com/oem-schematic/10 Drill down to Can-AM > ATV> 2023> ATV-North America-Renegade-Series> Renegade 1000R EFI - XXC - North America The Can-AM part number is 706203208 for the fronts and 706004492 for the rears.

Hi there and thank you for the question. The ride park I was testing at is mainly sand so the tires would only spin. Honestly this was only the third ride for me on this machine. During the initial break in weekend it was raining and mud for miles so again limited traction. Right out of the gate I ordered the HMF exhaust system with the Power Vision 3 tuner. Both of these upgrades helped but I still needed more. The QSC REV-X primary clutch is a bit spendy at $1200 but quickly became the flagship upgrade. Now the power spools up like "right now"! My riding background is with sport quads and are my primary machines in select areas. The CVT 4x4 platform is new to me still. My reasoning/vision for purchasing this machine is to branch out and explore more riding areas that I wouldn't consider before. Sport Quads are no fun in heavy mud and water because you simply can't keep your goggles clean to see. If you can't see then spin the wheel of pain. Endless large rock trails will not only destroy a Sport Quad but will also knock the fillings out of your teeth. Already with the small amount of time I've had to enjoy the Renegade I've gone further longer than my other machines. This suggests that my plan is working but its like living in two very different worlds. 800lbs is not 400lbs and you know it on these. Lastly congratulations on your purchase! There's nothing like bringing home something new that you can get into and make it your own. Keep in touch because if you reside in the US I'm sure you've noticed the 650 Renegade is a bit of a Unicorn.

@@350iroc9 well thanks for the reply. Yeah it's hard to find any reviews or people that have them. I've only seen one in my area. It seemed fast and sounded amazing your bike seems to rip as well I really like the Renegade much like u i like the sport look. I guess I'll find out next week. If it doesn't snow before then. Cheers!!

I took a look at your channel and it appears your dirt bike rider! I also ran dirt bikes in my earlier days retiring on a 1989 CR250. So for you (i'm assuming here) it will be nice to have both 2 wheels and 4. Remember the snow doesn't matter anymore as these things plow through anything! I also wanted to mention that as your read the limited information, many people are worried about the lack of power steering. Not only would that add more weight it would add more $$. You simply don't need it and in my opinion will make you soft. This quad steers like any other if not easier due to the larger tire size and increased ground clearance. I can see its place on a XMR navigating the skag with giant tires but its a luxury. Your dirt bike doesn't have any storage so why would you need any now? You don't and is what backpacks are for. I think your really going to like the new couch on wheels lifestyle...

@@350iroc9 Yeah I just wanted a change of pace honestly alot of the people I ride with have ATVs and we have miles of trails that are definitely not dirt bike friendly. I have been on a 21 Renegade 1000xxc but honestly it's alot of money and for riding trails it's a lot of bike. Where I live in Canada the the 1000 is 23 grand after taxes. Absolutely insane lol.
@350iroc99 ай бұрын
$23,000! that's out of control. The 1000 is $16,000 and the 650 is around $10,000 around here.
