I ❤ the gingerbread kintsugi in the beginning so very much. You can't even tell it broke. That gave me major inspiration for visible kintsugi cookies with gold food tint and everything. P.S. a microplane grater would make for an easier and more precise tool than the zester! Less chance of breaking or going too far.
