If you liked that one, you should go back an watch the 3200 from Arcadia Invitational in April. Two runners broke the high school national record. Manny Perez broke the Cathedral school record.

@@Nismo1983 in 2008 Fernandez ran 8:34.23 to set the national record. 2 guys beat that time this year at Arcadia ..8:34.10 and 8:34.14 plus one other guy ran 8:34. Sounds like the best race to me. Also, apparently Colin Sahlman ran 8:33 last year. So I was wrong.

@@CathedralPhantomEliteTrack German ran 8:34 2 miles that Converts 8:31 3200 m plus German ran 8:34 3200 mm after he ran 4 min 1600 3hrs later making best double in American high school history plus he Always ran along in race no body push him to his limits that why he would double he did not Focus on Event !

The evening before this, Lex Young, Newbury Park came through 3200 in about 8:42 and kept going on to a 13:34.96 National Record 5000, in case you were wondering where Newbury Park was.
