Good choice on the drawers instead of cabinet space . If we ever have another home built , there will be a lot of changes. I want everything Soft Close doors and drawers. I am fond of Soft Close Doors. And I want MORE of everything ( lol ). I refrigerator drawers for drinks, I want a butler pantry with everything for that, because I have a lot of parties and I need extra cabinet space for different dishes , platters, etcc. I want an separate pantry too. I will hire Container store to organized pantry , closets, cabinets .

Ashley...be sure not to wash paint brushes in your beautiful laundry sink if you have a septic system.....bleach and oil are big no-no's for septics... be very careful..... your house is gorgeous and I can't wait see how you decorate.
