The name “Swinger” in the 60’s meant cool, hip, fun-loving, and free. The sexual meaning came into use later. I am glad that Dodge is resurrecting some of its history as part of a final homage to the gas muscle cars. I think this green and gold looks great! The metal wood trim inside reminds me of the fake wood trim which actually was used during that era by American manufacturers. I used to dream about Dodge Challengers after it became the featured star in the movie Vanishing Point. An electric muscle car with fake sound is just not the same as the real deal. Great Review.

Thank you for the info on the "Swinger" meaning. Yes love what Dodge was dong with its muscle cars, once i got to experience them I was really impressed with the performance and fun..To bad that they are going electric and yes the fake V8 sounds will never replace the real Hemi sounds.
