yep feels like last month to me. Just need the hooklift to last a bit without any issues once its running and should be good.

Looks like your got a good thing going... my friend owns a dumpster business in Toronto.. he said it was a pain to open a transfer site but once he did it changed everything.. you may want to look into that for your area..

Definitely gearing up on the equipment. How many more dumpsters do you have on order ? Are you gonna retrofit your older dumpsters and add a hook or are you going to sell you're roll-off trailer set up and those dumpsters?

Correct welding on the A frames to current, selling my last dump trailer and got 6 more on order. Keeping the trailer as a backup as I notice lots of guys don't and then when their truck is down... they are basically closed. At least keeping the trailer I can still move cans if needed. If it sits all year I might look at selling it down the road.

@@outdoorzwithcraigdz that's the way to do it. That's basically my plan when I get my roll-off or hook lift truck is to keep my roll-off trailer setup as a backup because it's all payed off.
