I'm glad riversports didn't end up going under when REI came to town. I remember them having some killer deals on old blemish jacksons and daggers back when I was a kid.

Do kayak guys not seem to like the horizontal rod storage ideas like the coosa x, nucanoe pursuit and recon 120 have? Wanting a kayak but can't stand having my rods hanging in the air behind me.

Well for most of us we have our rods laying there ready to go, I've learned with the horizontal rod stagers it's good for traveling or something but no so much while fishing. .I end up just laying a rod or two on the deck of the kayak, never hardly put them in the rod tubes in the front of the Hobie

Honestly josh, that bonafide is beautiful I would absolutely go after that except I like big lake fishing too, so I want something that I could drop in at a lake too. Unfortunately I can't afford to buy two kayak say in a Year's time. So I was going to ask for your professional opinion if there was one you could recommend to Jackson or bona fide that could possibly do both good? I've watched a ton of videos and honestly I think I'm down to a bona fide and crescent because it's going to be something that I use for a long time before I get to upgrade

@@BASSnBEER if possible and I can afford it I'd prefer to do pedal, electric would be great but that's like $5,000 , and for my first kayak, I feel like I'll be doing more like what you John and Alex do on the river honestly.

But I do big water fish, I'd probably just have to do like I do up here in Idaho and hang out near the boat launch fishing and hope that some solo guy on a bass boats willing to take me lol
