Interesting watching your lines .. early and tight apexes why your mid corner then exit speed suffers I was an scca school license instructor in the 80’s. raced G/P- E/P -F/F -F/B then retired from racing in the late’80’s went back to tag karts in ‘00 now in my ‘70’s .. doing track days on my GSXR1000 ..

I don't really see it but I'm always willing to listen, examine and re-evaluate my driving. Can you point out an example on the video (corner and time marker on the vid.)?

Doug-Nice drive and avoidance on that first lap too! So how many race weekends do you get out of a set of tires?

The short answer is - Your mileage may vary. Depends on how hard you are pushing. Guys in the back half of the field might get 10-12 weekends on a set. Up at the pointy end, it's more like 4-6 weekends. Also depends on the track as some are more abrasive than others. This set was also about 3 years old and that may have degraded them as well.
