@@FBAExapt Lol. That's perfect normal from people of same sex /gender to hold hand in public in Rwanda (and a few other african countries ) . It's not seen as something romantic . That's something that's always amused me when I see reaction from tourists or or westerners in regard . They think they spotted an lgbt couple walking in the street "expressing themselves openly" . Fun fact is usually people involved in romantic relationship generally don't hold hand on the street in Africa, contary to what i see in Europe. It's rather common to see just normal friends (esp of same gender ) people hold hands or holding each other shoulder whie walking and no other around would bat an eye , because it has no meaning other than friendship (contrary to much of the West) .
