@millybottv9417 Hey! I had mine for 6 months now. And honestly I am lovin it so far! The ride has been pleasant with no issues at all. I've taken it on a coast road trip to the Pacific Northwest through high mountain roads and I was averaging 7.1L/100km (33.12mpg) I live in Canada where temperatures can plummet in -49F, that does increase fuel consumption a bit but not much. If theres any specific question you want to know, just ask.

First off its a Ford Escape which has been updated to look even better so that automatically makes it way way better than a Chevy Equinox! Which looks old and dated by comparison

If for some reason you stumble across this comment because you see ford doing some crazy financing deals and marked down 2022 ford escapes that are being sold as new. It should be criminal for ford to sell you a USED loaner car as a NEW car with 800+ miles already on it, the warrantly already has 1 year gone, and the fuel injectors can crack and catch your car on fire. Ford has a recall, but it will dump fuel on the ground instead of directly onto your hot engine. So the fire risks are very much there, but it is cheaper to pay out the fires their recall covers, and not replace fuel injectors in thousands of vehicles. You get all the sticker price of a brand new ford with all the problems of a preowned or used ford. Watch out for yourself, and make sure you understand all the ins and outs of the deal before you even begin to talk payments. In my case I was offered a 2022 escape for 28,500. It had 800+ miles already on it. Had a big "Sold as is" sticker, they still hadn't completed the recall work so I couldn't pick it up same day, and on top of all of that. The warranty already hadd a full 11 months that just POOF into oblivion that you dont get because they are marking the car down some. I can't see any reality where all these problems only bring the car down in total 5500 from MSRP price +the 2k ford incentives that was going on for a number of different cars. Take care of yourselves car buyers, and check out other subcompact suv manufacturers. If you make a deal on a vehicle without leaving the dealership. You aren't getting a very good deal right now. Sorry, to hijack your comment section for this review. I have watched a number of your videos during this buying process (Keep it up they are super helpful for people 6 ft and over to get an idea before getting on the lot), but after dealing with 4 dealerships... Everything goes like clockwork to me now, but Nissan and Ford seems to be doing some dirty tactics and unless I had specifically asked some points, then they would have likely added the details in footnotes on a page deep into the contract as my notice.

If it’s what you’re into, it’s a decent option especially for the price.
