2023 Ford F-150 Frame Swap

Some days it's as simple as a oil change, other days it's a bit more involved. This 23' F-150 was sent to our shop as a contract job from a local body repair shop. The vehicle had been hit in the rear and had some damage to the frame. Insurance didn't total loss it, and instead provided a new frame directly from Ford. We don't ask questions, we just get the job done and get it done well!
This was a team effort with our tech Vinnie doing a lot of the heavy lifting on this one. Once he had everything transferred over and the truck was able to roll out from his bay, our other techs finished up with the fuel tank install, checking fluids, bleeding brakes, charging up the a/c system, and finally getting it started up.
