They are indeed, however you had to opt for an upgrade interior to have them, along with the carbon exposed door sills. This car has what is known as the "Dark Energy Upgrade" interior.

I don't care what anybody says, this car is a masterpiece and one of the most beautiful supercars i've ever seen. Every single line, every curve is just perfection. I never really thought i'd like a fully carbon car, but this is stunning. And I was one of the guys complaining it didn't come with a v8. This thing sounds pretty awesome for a Turbo 6. The way that the cabin curves into the tail end is fucking beautiful. Idk.... this is forever a dream of mine.
