I'm really surprised how much I'm liking the Tasteless/State combo. No one will be able to replace Artosis but State is doing a really good job filling in the void.

Tasteless called it in one of statements from game 3. Byun is the same old style and its so easy to read. Honestly, i dont know why i cheer for this guy when he's constantly doing the same thing every single game. There is no variability to his play and it just annoys me for some reason. I guess i want him to succeed so much and he's that guy you want to win so badly, but always lets you down because he doesn't change. The meta has changed guy. These 2 base "almost all in" plays just don't work anymore, especially when every single opponent knows what you're probably gonna do. Look at some of the games he had maybe last year and he actually tried to do macro games and he does pretty well. Not sure why he defaults to these 2 base bullshit

I wonder if it's related to his hand / wrist issues. Just would rather not deal with a long macro game for longevity reasons. Sad to see either way

Definitely well coudl be. And i think a few seasons ago he probably did mention that. Either case he either needs to retire or change his style because that's just not an overall winning strategy@@hsk1778
