Great choice of roads near me. 39 and 56. I just went over Rockfish Gap to 151 and 6 to US 29 to Tye River road. etc.

Absolute pleasure to meet you at the HU VA event. Great video. You captured the essence of the trip. I was one of the people who broke my camp sight down early to try to beat the rain. Epic fail. Saturday was ok. Made it to Harrisburg with no rain. Next day, Harrisburg to Boston, about 430 miles of which 420 were in the rain. But good rain gear plus my heated gear that I didn’t foolishly leave at home made it bearable. You captured a lot of the event. It was a rainy event but lots of presentations to fill the time. Good facilities. Good food. Good people. I was one of the campers who did the dope slap when you told me you asked when arriving if there was cabin space available. That being said, I gave my new tent a very tough test that weekend and it passed with flying colors. Was great to meet you. As always, I’d say your wife was the star of this video. I hope you found the strength to cuddle. :-)

I went with my wife in 2016 on our ride from home in Mexico City to Alaska. It was a great weekend but similar weather to you. The best presentation was by Dylan Wickrama on his raft trip across the Darien Gap. The book is called When The Road Ends. Our trip was almost 7 months and about 45,000 kms on a Super Tenere.

Hey Craig, I just got the Givi touring windscreen and it has made a huge difference for me, no more wind buffeting and the huge noise from all that wind is gone. If you have that issue I would strongly suggest it.

Hey there, I know this is a bit of a flash back..... What tires did you like best on your Vision? What kind of pressures did you use? My elite 4s are spent and I'm not sure what direction to go. Have concidered Bridgestone G701 & 702 the goldwing tires. The elites feel hard to me. Ps that tiger riding looks like so much fun.

I always found the Dunlops gave the best combination of mileage and performance. I did try some Metzelers, and they felt good, but the mileage was not great. Went back to the E4s. I ran 42 rear and 40 front. Thanks, the Tiger is a lot of fun!

Mass is a Awesome state but It’s always on the list for expensive state for Retirees. I am turning 59 next month so I am always reading about worst and best States for Retirees. Florida usually ranks number 1 but I am not sure it’s for me lol
