2023 Kawasaki ZX4RR with full exhaust sound and update 

Inexpensive, Alibaba, Yoshimura replica header and Graves titanium exhaust. With Vcyclenut race tune. First test Laguna Seca Monday, Oct 16 2023. Will report update afterward.

2023 ZX4RR full unlock test of new Full exhaust and reflash
Running Pirelli SC3 tires in 160/60-17 Rear and SC3 120/70-17 Front. 33psi Front, 25 psi rear.
Tires warmers set to 75C.
Gearing: Stock, needs to lower gearing. Next change.
Vcyclenut ECU reflash and Yosh-replica header and Graves Ti slip-on rear canister.
Zero Gravity Corsa windscreen.
Suspension: front stock with full preload. Shock stock but dialed near firm on C & R.

I left stock. the RAM air is very good and dyno testing I have seen, proves the after-market filters don't flow any better on the ZX4RR. Big enough airbox for a 399cc motor. I may get the Graves velocity stacks@@user-xf2fr4zu9r

It's the Corsa. Much better coverage than stock. I believe about 2.5" taller. I debated the Sport Touring for even more aero protection. The little bike can use all it can. If you you are tall get the Touring. I also have a Aliexpress front chin aero. More as a joke but honestly it works pretty darn well. That is exactly my thoughts : corsa or touring and i am 171cm. Maybe Touring because i do a lot of track days around 8 to 10 per year

@@dudunelkee now that have the Corsa, if I was to do it again, I would get the sport touring. I think it turns people off because they think it’s about touring but they are the identical shaped windscreen, except for the touring is a bit taller and longer. Definitely needed for the small bike. They should rename the sport touring into the SBK.

It was a total experiment. Not the quality of the Graves, Yoshimura or M4 but it was so inexpensive was worth the test/experiment. I got from a fellow rider that got it of Ali-express. $81 to me. I found for $125 online, plus shipping.
