Hello WO__BALL__O, love the upload and this channel, I'm always coming back for great content!! Question that I am needing for personal videos, I have been screen recording my own sports games for my teams, but have had trouble with choppy softwares and my games just don't come out as smooth as yours do, especially with sports like football that have a lot of camera movement, it just comes out choppy. If you don't mind, what softwares do you use and what tip/tricks do you have for me that make your recordings very high quality and smooth? Thanks!!

The Avermedia capture device uses hardware encoding at 60fps. 1080p. The "quality" is set to 25mbps. The files that are created with these settings range about 25GB-30GB, so if you're low on space, you may not be able to achieve the same quality. I used Avidemux (free) to remove commercials and trim up other areas of the raw capture.
