I just drove mine from Grand junction Colorado to Denver Colorado (220 miles). That trip has two mountain passes-Vail Pass over 10,000 ft above sea level, and Eisenhower pass over 11,000 ft above seal level and only had to charge once which only took 20 minutes. This was using eco and sport mode and utilizing the regen breaking going down the hills. I even found enough juice to beat up on a mustang along the way. Very fun car. Cheers everybody!

My real world experience is 250 miles on my daily commute with 40% 55mph rural, 40% 70mph freeway, and 20% 0-45mph commute, 80mi round trip.

I have one and I am doing way better than the EPA rating. Right now I have an 81% charge and my projected range is 216 miles, which would give me over 260 miles on a full battery. In the first 700 miles of ownership I am getting 3.5 miles/ kWh. I live in the SF Bay area where the temperatures are milder, but it still did pretty well a couple of months ago when it was colder. I drive mostly in normal mode, with occasional bursts in GT. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the range, and the acceleration is brutal.

I also have a GT and am getting above the EPA numbers. Not quite as good as you; my wife has a lead foot. But 80% SOC gives me over 190 miles according to the guess-o-meter. Smaller wheels are in the future.

So driving in ECO mode gives only 193 miles, right? If I purchased this GT model I would try GT mode at least once per every trip. I wonder how bad would be the range then? I mean the purpose of GT is to enjoy its performance, right?

The 21" wheels are taxing quite some on the range versus the 19" ones.

They really should've upgraded the battery, but that's probably more weight. I'm holding off on getting a GT until they get the range sorted out

No frunk? I thought there still was the small 15-liter frunk in the car. Have they removed it from US Spec?

= 200miles is pretty good at 10° Celsius TBH for EV.. It will be 240 in 24° C

At those same temps my model 3 performance gets about the same
