So glad there was scroll Text on the screen - because it was a bit confusing towards the end, but after reading the text I fully understood that I should always remember to adjust the climate control accordingly in winter as well summer to ensure a comfortable cabin experience using remote start.

Great but is there a way to let the lights on when remotely started? cause sometimes you can't see the lights flashing depending on where you parked it even if not far away...

Hi! Is it limited to 10 mins running time after remote start? Can i extend it longer than that?

Not that I've seen no. With Kia Connect you can have the car run anywhere up to 10 mins, but nothing I've seen over it. Thanks for watching! - Andrew

What about the running lights do they stay on like other vehicles? I have the EX model my lights flashes 3 times the turn-off night or day and my seats stay cold as well. Do you have this issue?

There are no lights that stay on after you've started it. The seats don't automatically turn on when you use remote start. That option is only for when you start your car with Kia Connect! Thanks for watching! - Andrew

Question, I have Soul ex, why after starting with remote do the lights not come/ Stay on? Thus without visual, I don't know if it started..? all my other cars in past, the headlights or running lights stayed on.

I have the sorento sx and done this however it isn’t starting the vehicle? Any help?

Aside from making sure that all the doors are securely closed, just make sure when you hit the lock button you only take a second or two to get to the hold button, make sure you press it firmly in the middle, and even hold it for 6-7 seconds to make sure it's fully communicating. If it's not doing anything tat all, then I would take it to your local Kia so they can see what's going on. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching! - Andrew

If the little light bulb on the fob lights up red, and your car won’t start, does that mean the battery is no good?

If the fob has a light, that means it's still communicating with the vehicle. I'd just make sure that all doors are closed (including the hatch) then making sure to hit the remote start button fast enough after locking the doors, and holding the remote start button hard and long enough for it to start up! You might have to be a bit quicker from lock to the hold button, and you have to press the hold button quite firmly in the middle, and hold it up to 4-5 seconds if need be! You'll get it! - Andrew
