Generally the center front vents will allow airflow in the rear, and when it's set to floor, it'll come through the floor in the back too. Thanks for watching! - Andrew

Very helpful video! Having just taken delivery of this vehicle 3 days ago, I have to say that I think there is a serious design flaw with this touch screen. It was an issue I read about as a bit annoying to some reviewers, but I thought it was niggling. But for me now, its a huge PIA! Here is the issue - the driver's side control knob is VERY short, perhaps 3/4" (haven't measured) So, if you have large hands or aren't extremely careful, when you try to turn the knob, it is to touch the Auto-Climate touch button or other ones and you immediately trigger the fan. Then your eyes go off the road while you have to reset the function. IMHO, thus is WAY more dangerous than hand-holding a cell phone while watching the road! A simple workaround may be to switch out the control know to one that is, say, 1 1/4" long to prevent accidentally hitting the touch screen. Are you hearing this Kia designers?? A less simple option is to flog off this otherwise fabulous car, and buy Honda CR-V, with its much better-designed HVAC/Info controls. If this were just a matter of muscle-learning I would accept it, but I fear it may be a stone in my shoe that won't go away till I dump it. Or change shoes. Curious to hear others' experience. Not this one unfortunately. But, with Kia Connect you can remote start and pre-set having your heated front and/or rear seats set to whichever level you want! Thanks for watching! - Andrew

I've had mine for 7 months and it has stopped working. It turns on but it's unresponsive to touch. It's stuck on temperature control and only the dials work. Is this a reoccurring issue among the Sportage hybrids?
