BEFORE BUYING!!! MANY SELTOS UNITS ARE BAD WITH THE TRANSMISSION: I sold my previous car to buy a 2023 Seltos for cash and since I took it out of the dealership the transmission behaved strangely (it accelerated and behaved as if it were in neutral), it has already had several incomes and they tell me that it can only be fixed with an update that they DO NOT have, the problem is that the unit is dangerous because it stalls at times when you need to accelerate, apart from being assembled in India, its materials are very common , mine has several defects that little by little they have been repairing. In this walk I already know at least 10 more cases that present the same faults as mine. Be very careful so that you live the same nightmare that we do with the KIA Corporate. Whoever likes to contact me to expand info, I have everything documented.

from where did you buy i mean which showroom ? and what other issues did you face apart from this ? was this an Automatic or iMT

@@tanishshah3595 I am from Mexico, my Seltos is a basic automatic version, the main fault is the transmission, the unit jerks and stops. It also has many defects in quality that have changed little by little at the agency, but it has been very exhausting.

Buy a basic one, with automatic transmission. KIA has already issued an update that is helping with the issue. In my case, the agency and the corporate helped me and I changed it for a 2024, so far everything has gone very well.@@tanishshah3595
