Atty, nabanggit niyo po ang adoption. May countries na puede mag-adopt ng adults like Japan. Pero sa atin up to 6 years old lang ata. Ano ang laws at play po?

Hello po Atty. in 4:46 you said that in order to have a case arising resulting from conflict of laws both parties should be a Filipino and A foreigner. Can there be a chance that although both parties are Filipinos but they happen to be in a foreign country where the crime for example serious physical injury happened be considered a conflicts case?

No, it will not be a conflicts case because criminal law is territorial. So, the law of the country where the crime was committed will apply.
