Hi Atty! I hope you'll respond to my question. Since Canon VI - Accountability is a new provision of the CRPA, may I ask why did the Supreme Court decided to add Accountability on the CPRA?

because lawyers are accountable for all their actions. Canon VI integrated all the rules for disciplining lawyers which in the past were not in the CPR

Hi, Sir. May question po ako. Can different lawyers from same Legal Clinic represent both parties in the same case without written consent? Sa may Sec 20 po ng 2nd par., sabi po kasi is atty-client relationship is between lawyer and client. So hindi po siya client ng Legal Clinic? Kasi kay PAO, sec 22, ini-specify na kailangan ng written consent. For confirmation po kung tama intindi ko😅. Thanks po by the way for sharing your knowledge. More videos to come😁. Laking tulong po.
