not hating on the is300 but I cant justified getting this when the is350 is a little more depending on the packages that it comes with the car, and you're getting more power and make it feels like that its not underwhelming to drive when you're lack in power when you're paying for 45-50k for a car.

Yeah it is a good vehicle, they are reliable, sporty styling but it isn’t the fastest and inexpensive maintenance 👍

Lol, it seems Lexus is still putting them in the latest ES as well, no idea about the crossovers. A couple years ago when I was car shopping I visited a Lexus dealership and made a comment about the CD player and the salesman said Lexus still adds a CD player (single now, used to be a 6 disc player in older IS models) to show off their admittedly excellent Mark Levinson audio system. I can't argue that a CD is going to sound much better than radio or the overcompressed songs on our phones...so theres that.

This will feel more sporty as the es is a larger sedan and more luxurious but the is feels older inside. I would go es because it feels more updated, performance is good, room to grow and it’s a smoother ride.

Hey, saw your video on es350, and 3 vids on IS 300series. Im 6ft4, your body type, and interestingly on paper for driver seat, IS has more head and leg room than ES, but how did it feel for you? Is IS really roomier than ES for the driver? Thanks :)

Funny you asked I just finished reviewing the 2024 models, the es feels more roomy but a lot of the problem is that the seat sets up higher so it’s hard to see stop lights in both for our height 👍

​@@HawkeyeRides I read that somewhere too that for our heights, tough to see stop lights. Its a bit of a bummer, but i guess can stop a bit of before if you are 1st in line. I know that luxury trims on ES has better sound/noise isolation than base model. Does both luxury and ultra luxury has the same level of isolation, or ultra luxury has even more than luxury trim? Thanks for the answers, and when are you going to upload reviews on IS/ES 2024 models? :)

Double check vents, my 2021 IS300 has small holes on those plastic vents in the front
