I have been following you since I was freshly 18 and had just started college I am now 22 about to be 23 and now married. Thank you for clarifying your situation. It just answered all of your viewers questions. I know we all support you or we would have left. I'm glad you were able to get the proper assistance to guide you through the process and were able to receive counseling. Any transition can be difficult not just for you but for the kiddos. Often they blame themselves thinking that they did something, so counseling will assist them to see that no one is to blame. Congratulations on coming out the other side ... a happier and healthier you, for you and your children.

I myself am a solo parent of two lovely children in Denmark and I see so many advantages of being a single parent in our everyday life. I don't have to make many compromises and it is often not far from dreams to reality when the realization only depends on you and your decisions. Life as a single parent is often more simple and I love that. You are one of the most amazing women I have seen and you are a wonderful mother so even if you think life is hard right now, this chapter in your life will make SO MUCH MEANING in a little while when you have found a new normal.
