I love both hotty hot and speed ups, have been gravitating more towards the speed ups this year. those 2" align shorts kinda remind me of the OG Boogie shorts from the mid 2010's I personally wouldn't wear them but I can see how someone could really appreciate them for hot yoga.

Really enjoyed this video. It's funny how the same items can look so different on different people! My go-tos are the Hotty Hot LR 4", I have a pair of the 2.5" also but agree that they are really short. I wear them exclusively to run in tropical weather and nothing else. 6" Aligns look really frumpy on me, so 4" works best - but for Aligns I just prefer the pant.

No way to the 2 inch!! I tried the 4 inch in a size 6 (I’m usually a 0) and I couldn’t even do it with those 4 inch!! 6-8 inch all the way!!

hotty hot LR 2.5" is my fave for hiking and mountain running as a 5'0" petitie human 😍. Loved the og speed short and wish they would bring those back vs speed ups!

very helpful video. I have dozens of items from Lululemon but still struggled with shorts despite having 4 of the hot hot high rise 4 inches. But now that I see you sized up, I think I understand the fit better. I was getting my "normal" size instead of the one that fits best

The two shorts (speed up 2.5 and track that 3) that you said were your favorites definitely flatter your body the best. I am 5’ 9” with wide hips and a big butt so the only option I have is the track that 5in. Otherwise I look ridiculous.
