I used the makselife system this year but only the free printables and notebooks I already had. I wanted to see if it was right for me before making the investment and it was! I’m definitely picking up the companion notebooks this year. I also liked the look of the daily intentions and 2022 reflections notebooks. When I saw the markers in the product guide, you are the first person I thought of - LOL! Thanks so much for your reviews. If you want to add more to your folio, you should look up jump band for traveler's notebooks. Works wonders to pack a folio with all the books you want :)

I wasn’t going to go with makselife for 2023 but you have changed my mind! I didn’t like any of the flagship designs but the new companion notebook changes are very good!! I can put them in my Erin condren folio now and now have them fall apart with the new sewn middle. Super excited about that! Thanks for this review! I’ll make sure to use your link tomorrow!

You might have mentioned this but i was slightly distracted, are the notebooks the same size as current ones? I never used mine this year so I’m using them for October & beyond and that folio has my attention.

Yes, same size - A5. The only difference in the outside is the cover texture (it’s called “leatherette” I have learned) and the rounded corners.

There’s a several planner options too. I linked some other reviews down in the description. I didn’t want to review things I wouldn’t use but you can check those out to see the other products.

They are perforated! I have seen people punch them for rings and it looks fine! The only thing is that the margin isn’t that wide. But it works!
