you summed it up at the start the most over looked Mclaren , I just bought one last week , its amazing , I laugh when people say its not a GT lol I agree its not . but most dont drop the name and see what it really is , bit like one of the Ducati I have a diavel , most people say what actually is it that diavel? its different and I love that too . be smart drop the name and enjoy it 😁

It is very similar however I do think that the GT is slightly more comfortable.

You are correct, the Artura is the newest product. This is the GT which has been around for a few years now but it his very much underrated.

Never drove either before purchase. Artura was more my flavour to align to my needs. Plus GT attracted 10% lux tax in canada and the Artura unit for sale did not. Why pay the government more than I already do. Obviously the Artura was more $ but the difference did not justify the GT.

POS car... i've owned one of these for 9 months. 5th time at dealer for multiple issues. brakes squeal, hatch rattle, dash board leather shrink, keyfob stopped working even with new battery, car just went limp with Engine system fault.... do you really want a $250K vehicle that spends more time at dealer than at home with you? DO NOT BUY MCLAREN... BEAWARE. i really believe that anyone who says these are good cars is paid for by McLaren to say that.
