Don’t let the 0-60 in 8.9 secs deceive you. I test drove a de-badged EQA at Mercedes last week. The sales guy didn’t know which version it was. I have the E220d 197bhp 0-60 in 7.3 secs. The EQA felt far quicker ! When we got back to the showroom they confirmed it was the EQA 250. I thought it must have been the EQA 350. It really does feel very quick indeed. A world of difference from my E220d.

I have and EQA for my business in Mexico and our drivers and customers love it! I wish we had version with sunroof and the nicer seats though

Because I’m a nerd, and also because I’m getting an EQA next week, I timed your 0-60 test. It was 7.15s. That’s a fair bit quicker than the stated 8.9s.

Great video. The EQA is certainly on my radar. It's that or the new Kona ev but probably the Merc, despite being 10 grand $ or so more, especially after your review. It looks really good and just lovely inside, especially with the light grey finish. Never had a Merc before. I live in Oz

Near Amsterdam! Seems like a fun car to drive! Had different MBs, driven a phev too with awesome MB self driving feature, one of the best! How do you find the front wheel drive as apposed to rear wheel 'classic' MB, considering all the torque? And yes, the high rear floor .,, is the EQB any better in that regard? Love London, also the quaint neighborhoods like Elephant's Castle, so close to the City yet so urban-livible. Also appreciate the modern areas along the Thames and the area around Slough and towards Windsor. And then on and on through the English countryside which is surprisingly twisty and curvey! With all the hedges and old trees, a lot of that was once ploughed over in The Netherlands to make for more efficient straight rectangular farms. Guess what? Better for nature to stick with the English way so that is the new trend! Makes for more fun drives! Thanks for sharing!

If you can get around the electric issue - I prefer the EQA over the GLA!

Definitely the EQA if it suits your lifestyle, i.e. the range is not an issue and you can charge at home. It's so much smoother to drive than the GLA. Wouldn't pay the extra 2000 for 35km of extra range though, but I imagine it's worth it if you often do long trips.

I have had what seems like a unique experience with my EQA, bought it brand new in August 2023, its been in the garage ever since with different software issues. I am currently in the process of rejecting it, which is a shame, I loved the car when I first got it, I now have no love for Mercedes.

Been driving EV’s since 2015. Who uses the variable generation pedals? You set it once you get the car to full re-gen and one-pedal drive and then never touches it again. Who flips between different re-gens? Madmen?
