Was thinking the Same until our Mercedes dealer gave our company one to get a MB Truck 450km away to our Company. Drove it according to speed Limit, if unlimited i settled at about 160kph. After 900km the consumption read 6,7l/100km. This engine is very efficient when compared to the weight and size of the car, which is in parts explainable by the astounishing 9G Tronic automic gearbox!
