I accept your opinion and will never question it; personally, though, I can't even look at this thing without frowning, to put it mildly. S63 branding aside, this car is supposed to be an S class first but it looks like an E63S with an elongated skeleton instead. I wouldn't trade my W222 S63 with this one if they gave it to me for free, in fact, I wouldn't trade any W222 S class with its latest iteration and it's purely because of how they look, inside and out; I'm going to overlook the W223 generation as if it never happened and hope Mercedes come back to their senses with the next one. Again, no argument here, just my 2p.

I doubt it, merc is going to still be producing V8s for a few more years. I know this because of the 2024 GLE face lift announcment, theyre still using the 4 liter V8 for the 2024 GLE63s, meaning the V8 isnt over with just yet. people can bitch and whine all they want over the 4 cyl C63, but they are going to go back to the V8s after how low sales they're going to get lol. Mercedes said it themselves, if no sales means ditching the 4 cyl 63 models, so be it.

Great video as always, personally I think the non AMG S class is the epitome of elegance and executive sophistication, nothing beats the original S Class horizontal grill and raised 3 point star so not sure about what they have done to it. If I ever wanted a sporty AMG in Mercedes I would just get the GT63 and keep S Class.....Classy

I've always loved MB and the new S63 AMG is definitely a contender, though I'm also considering the Bentley Continental GT Speed.
