Great review,I’ve just bought a 2023 Mini Cooper Exclusive in Nani White and my first automatic car and it’s the best car I’ve ever owned,it’s wonderful to drive still working out what all the displays and controls are for 👏🏻👍

Thank you for this review. These specs are exactly what I am looking for, hoping to replace my old 58 reg D clubman that has served me very well but things are falling off and stuff going wrong so looking forward to a new Mini hatch 3 door. Hope they are still available on the market since they seem to have stopped making them in the UK.

You're very welcome, glad it was helpful. They'll be on the market for years to come!

I had a Cooper S. Really solid well made cars, apparently very reliable as well. Superb interior quality, its all that dense rubber trim that BMW are known for. Quiet, refined and great on all roads including motorways for long journeys. The 1.5 is my next choice with the auto box.

Nice video, something a bit different and a surprise to see when I searched for videos to have yours pop up. Picked up a 1.5 Cooper myself this year after not driving / having a car for a few years because my previous one was rear ended and haven't been out much. Only done a few hundred miles so far but even for a 2017 model like mine it feels nice and I did consider a MK7 ST but the interior on a lot of cars pre 2018 and even the VW Up GTI is very basic compared to the Mini. I don't have heated seats or sensors etc but you can get the sensors done aftermarket and think I have the best option for where I am at the moment. I was looking at a MK5 Golf GTI or a MK6 Fiesta ST perhaps but for safety reasons and also just keeping low key then a Mini felt like a nice choice. See them everywhere around my area

2017 is a nice choice, friend as a 17/18 JCW. I completely understand with cars pre 2018... some cars get dated really quickly but I still like the Mk7 ST interior, they're not dated

@@Lukuss oh yeah I had a mk7 Fiesta ST Line 140 as my first and it had like less than 5k miles when it was written off so it was worth basically ST money (that's also how much it cost new though comparatively pretty much 😅). They seem to still hold very good value tbh At some point in the future may own a Cooper S or JCW but 130-140hp seems to be the sweet spot for having as much power as you need within the speed limits to have fun. Rarely feel a lack of power Was looking at mk7 STs seriously but it's too similar to what I had before and also don't want to be always paranoid about theft after not owning a car for so long or people trying to race. Even considered MK8 but that would've probably been too much and I found the seats really constricting on the bottom for some reason compared to the 7, even though I swear I remember people saying a few years back that they were more accommodating for wider people lol Suzuki Swift Sport (older 1.6 model) was also in short list but felt super basic and there weren't many local with low miles without asking crazy money. Think local dealers were asking 9 or 10k for some 2015 with 25-30k miles

Hi there, I bought my first Mini last year, its a 2018 1.5 just the same as your one, but it does have the jcw pack on it so it looks very sporty and it's plenty quick enough for me. It's just great fun. Cheers Phil

Hello there, any issues with the car? Is it reliable? Thanks
@philryan72544 ай бұрын
So far it's been very reliable I've had it 2 years no problems whatsoever but I do get it serviced every year and it's only done 17000 miles so it's still quite low for the year..cheers Phil

I'm sorry for that mild bit of inconvenience that youtube puts on our videos, so we can earn a bit of change back from the effort we put into our channels. Bare in mind, 3-4 adverts that you can skip to enjoy 17:30 minutes of footage that I have spent days making. Thanks for watching!
