I disagree with germ on hole #9. There's nothing wrong with having a hole that you have to basically play for par. there's plenty of score separation and you could likely get a pretty safe par if you decide to throw mid off the tee instead of the 400' smash.

Would it be possible to add in more consistent disc selection information? You usually get the driver listed on the screen, but after that, it's really hit or miss. One of the most interesting parts of watching disc golf is discussing disc selection and seeing what different choices and shots players create.

Here me out gang before you all tell me I’m wrong! So, after any round 1. Cards tee off in highest score order (i.e. worst scoring players first card out then rising to best (lowest) card last. This is same in ball golf too. I have never understood why, within each card, the order of play is not worst score player first. This would mean that the player leading the pack is last to tee off. Thus would preserve the order through all the cards and all players within each card. By teeing off last on a card, the better player has the advantage of seeing his/her cardmates tee off first so can get tips on play, e.g. wind reads etc. if you want that advantage then win the previous hole!

I invented and tested a device, the disc whip, for flinging golf discs and flying rings farther than we can throw them. I made a 70 min video about it, giving it an epic, humorous, fictitious back story plot which continues throughout the video. It's in 6 parts on KZbin, beginning with, "Disc Whip Invented By Paul Marostica Part 1". Only the 1st few minutes are in near darkness.

I have no idea what they were explaining for the first part of this video, can someone translate? The pros are going to play 2 rounds with a starting handicap reward based on season standings, use the result of those two rounds to determine who plays on what card, reset their scores, play a final round, and only that final round counts for the purse?

I think they might have missed mentioning the big cut. So yeah, the tour points rankings determine your starting stroke advantage in the first round. After the end of the second round the field is cut down to 12 (8 for FPO). For rounds 3 and 4, all 12 players start on a fresh slate. So basically the final portion of the tour comes down to a 12 man 2 round playoff.
