I am not going to get emotional about this situation, but I will say that I do not in any way think of the Sacramento Kings lost the trade Halliburton and buddy hield for sabonis. I don't understand why people say these things even if you were add Tyrese's current contribution to last year Sacramento Kings I don't think that makes them a better team, I just think it ends being empty numbers especially because their defense was terrible and still would be with Buddy hield at 3. The trade ended up unleashing de'aaron Fox but other young guys who hadn't had playtime including their new additions. And I think personally sabonis is a better fit for the Fox than Halliburton. My opinion though

I've never understood why we treat "All-Stars" as if they actually mean anything other than popularity. We've only played half the season. Guys have been injured. There's NO way to judge who's the best until the end of the season. The All-Star weekend was always about the fans (at least, it used to be). But then big name stars stopped doing the skill competitions, and then they stopped playing defense, and the whole thing became a complete waste of time in my opinion.

Clutch stats: Lauri has 2.4 pts on 40/25/83 with +/- of -0.1 Fox has 5.0 pts on 61/40/88 with +/- of 0.6 When the team needs them Fox is unstoppable and Lauri falls apart. The only reason you are giving Lauri a spot is cause Jazz started 10-3 and were the NBA darling. Since then the Jazz are 12-21 (.364). If they stay on this trajectory they've been on for months now they'll go 13-23 the rest of the way and end the season on a 25-44 run. That's straight awful. The only teams in the west that are below .364 are the Spurs and the Rockets. But you don't talk about that cause it's not a story, it's basically just what we expected. You just want a feel good story and you're willing to snub other people to get it. Jazz already got their feel good story, it's called having a million draft picks and being better than expected. They don't need to be over-rewarded at the cost of other deserving players. Just because he couldn't find a spot as a valuable piece on another roster and got traded away to the Jazz where he got the green light to put up numbers all night does not make him worth an All-Star spot. The guy has gone 50.4/35.2/91.3, 4.8 reb, 5.6 ast, while Fox is similarly 50.5/33.9/80, 4.4 reb, 6.1 ast. The only difference is SGA shoots more and has more minutes to put up stats. And looking back at Clutch stats SGA isn't as utterly dismal as Lauri, but he's far far worse in the clutch than Fox. SGA has 4.1 pts on 41/36/93 with +/- of -0.5 You're seriously putting in a guy on a lottery team who shoots 41% in the clutch over a guy on a team that's 4th in the West who shoots 61% in the clutch? We keep being told you can't get on the All-Star team if your team is bad, but apparently now we throw all that out the window cause Fox finally got some help and Kings are over 500 for once a century. Just find some terrible team with an "empty stats" guy and put him in cause now ppg and internet points are what matters.

Luckily these morons on KZbin doesn't decide the all star roster. Lauri will make it due to it being in Utah. But people gonna be surprised when SGA is snubbed, so is Booker. Fox will 100% make it. A top 3 in the West with two players playing like Fox and Sabonis will make it in.

Ppl saying Andrew Wiggins didn't deserve a start last year clearly didn't watch games. One of the Curry/Dray/Klay were constantly out, Poole was figuring it out, Wiggins was the constant 20pt supplier all through. Probably starter role is a stretch but he deserved All-Star and we all know how he turned up in the playoffs. Don't crap around saying Wiggins didn't deserve it (came in only bcz he's a Warrior)

This years all star pool is so deep that there are elite level snubs but in my opinion snubbing Dame doesn’t seem right. Dudes been in fire recently (after you made this vid) with a 50 bomb and while his efficiency doesn’t seem great his true shooting % is 62%.. better than Paul George and bookers while averaging 29 points. Also DB has missed so much of the season I feel like it would make more sence for him to be a snub

I love Bam, but this year I would be comfortable leaving him off over Derozan. Bam has been on and off and although Bam's impact is amazing, it isn't leading to many wins right now and besides Butler is already in your all-star ballot. Derozan has been dropping constant 35-40 balls and is the main reason why the Bulls are still holding on.
