I really hope the line does well because I fear that if it doesn’t, we won’t get the rest of the Temple of Doom/Last Crusade figures to go with the ones made. I personally would like to see the line expand to Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, but that’s probably a fool’s dream at this point. I don’t like seeing the Dial of Destiny figures as pipeline reveals because that probably means that we won’t see them release until after the movie comes out. But I will be buying the Raiders figures the second I find them haha.

I think one of the biggest issues with doing figures surrounding Indiana Jones is that the locations are probably the most interesting and "toyetic" part of the movies, whereas the characters are pretty drab appearance wise. While not a perfect comparison, there seems to be almost universal excitement within the Lego community surrounding new Lego Indy sets and I think the fact that we can get all these fun locations and scenes is s big part of that.

The toy companies are probably pulling their hair out over the Indiana Jones 5 mess, since they're changing the script on the fly so damn much. And yes, they're releasing this new line of the successful Jones movies, cuz they are going to fall on their face with the new one.

About 6 inch figure, I am so mad that hasbro did raise the price, but articulation decreased to single joint arms and legs... I like the head sculpt.

This is not the first time they’ve released Indiana Jones monopoly. I have a copy, it comes in a wooden box. And the pieces are very heavy, it’s a nice set. Don’t know if this one will be the same.

I think if you're gonna do the 6 inch line, you gotta really nail his likeness, and I just feel they haven't done that here. They have their realistic face tech, and they still can't get it right. Also needs some Nazis for him to fight.

I can already see these warming up pegs. It just feels like no kids are going to be excited for Indiana Jones without having Dad have to convince them that he’s “cool.” Indiana Jones already felt like a boring relic in 2008 … now it’s 2023 and the amount of oof coming from all of this is kind of hilarious.

I already pre ordered Indiana Jones and toht off of Amazon and I’m excited to get them. I loved Indiana Jones since 2008 when my dad showed me the original movies when I was 9 years old and I saw kingdom of the crystal skull in theaters and I thought it was amazing. But I’m not sure about the dial of destiny though since I believe a 5th Indiana Jones film was unnecessary in general and also I’ve been hearing several rumors that might caused the film to be a big box office bomb but I’m still gonna buy the merchandise of this line I want.

I was excited for this line but not now. No 3.75 line other than retro🙄 Increase the price. Totally limit the visibility of the figure in the new boxes. Cut back on articulation. Make some of the line exclusives How to lose your fanbase in a year. Well done hasbro team👏🤦‍♂️

Jesus, the toy line for the upcoming movie look a hot mess. I'm an old fart and I played with similar toys as then when I was probably 5 or 6. I had moved up to more realistic looking action figures after that. But when your packaging doesn't include any imagines from the actual movie, that tells me that there is trouble. The merchandise needs releasing to go into production and the movie hasn't been finalized yet in editing. Or whatever the toy is isn't even in the movie at all. Those figures don't even look like the actors which probably is how Disney is avoiding loyalties. It isn't technically in their image.
