The Rogue engineers seem to have found a formula for success with the 3 cylinder turbo.

I just leased the 2023 Rouge I love all the features it has and it’s very smooth driving! The only thing it’s missing is storage and the cup holders are small I like to put an umbrella in it and the umbrella won’t fit and it is expensive.

I purchased the 2023 Nissan Rogue SV model, just over a month ago. I find it to be good ride, great style, like the moonroof and sun roof. It makes it feel so much more open. The down fall I have is the stop and go feature (it has to be turned off each time I get in the car). In my opinion this feature must drain the battery and cause started problems eventually. I think of this way, every stop sign, traffic, when I stop this feature turns itself off and on. Suppose to save gas and better for the environment. I didn't think this through well enough before purchasing it or ask if this feature could be disabled totally. The panel has all these icons so when trying to find different information on the instrument panel is is confusing, frustrating and the not well explained in the 60 some video's I had to sign off to watch. The cruise control feature is frustrating to figure out and not easily laid out. The push button gear stick is push the button in and move it to R, R and I found you have to really push and pull to ensure your in drive and not a lower gear. The park is and emergency park are all push buttons. My biggest bone of contention is the dashboard with all the different options and to ensure one doesn't have an accident, one must almost pull over. I really got sold on the how easy it was when the sales consultant showed it and talked it up. Now 7 weeks later and I am quick with computers . . . . I find this a stressful SUV each day, as new challenges pop up and I just want to drive it to the dealer and get my money back. Please take more time to test drive and ask more questions before signing on the dotted line.

As soon as the salesman informed me it had a turbo, I said no thanks and left the dealership. Just something else to go wrong that I do not need. A dealbreaker.

@@Zambranos.Sonidazo Heat is the enemy of engine oil. Turbos are driven by exhaust gases. Oil is circulated through the turbo to oil bearings and to cool that turbo. So you not only have engine heat heating and thinning the oil but the turbo as well. so you have thinner oil trying to do it's job. witch the thinner it is the less protection it provides. Also cooling systems use a lot of plastic components. That extra heat ubder the hood makes those components brittle to the point they crack and leak coolant leaving you along side the rode with an overheated engine. Like I said shop untill you find a naturally aspirated engine. They are still out there.

Just bought myself an Xtrail, it's a new level for me and I love it, for me it's like Toyota, like iPhone, and Nissan, like Samsung. There's a prize for everyone. But if you want to choose beauty inside and out, then only Toyota. The brand means nothing!

I can't believe that this 23 model has auto stop/start. The 21 and 22 do NOT have that annoying feature so you don't ever have to turn it off. Bad move Nissan.

You can turn it off permanently.. just got 2023 sv today..i hate that feature as well. but new regulations requires manufacturers to install one by default

Nice. Game changer if Nissan would drop-in the 9-speed transmission that they're using in the Pathfinder. That would do wonders for the owner driving experience and for dealership sales. Hope they consider for 2024.
