Yup. I got them a couple weeks ago. Before that, I only had the choice of regular four-buckle boots. I had a pair of Salomon XS91 Rear-entry for 35 years I think and totally loved them. These HF110 are the closest I could get to those vintage ski boots. Very happy with the purchase. Feels like a pair of slippers.

As an old broken down patroller it was a sad day when my 91's finally broke on me ... the new 4 buckle boots were a way better ski but after a torn achilles these could be just what I need ... to get me back on the hill.

Dude, you keep saying you can't get the flex out of rear entry as you can out of four buckles, I had BETTER flex in my 1988 Rear Entry boots than any other boot I ever bough since (all 4 buckles) you just have not skied the right rear entry boots. Mine were Swiss and had an accordion folds in the forward middle which I think helped with the flex, I notice the ones you are holding do not have that. I can't imagine how it can happen without that feature.

Would these be a possible fit for a woman with huge calves (16.5 inches) and thick ankles? We're really struggling to find boots that are wide enough around the calves. The liners leave gaps on the side of the tongue too which will cut in to the leg. Will intuition liners be an option? I don't use them myself though. Do you know any boots that would be possible to fit? Really appreciate a reply.

I think these would work great. You can remove a spoiler from the back as well as adjusting the lock mechanism, so there is room to play. Intuition liners are great, but they're not very customizable. You probably won't be better off with those versus stock liners. Dalbello DS MX 65 is a good option, as is K2 BFC 75.

Very much the same boot with the 110 getting a few more adjustments.
